Yes. The Foreman runs a recorder so nobody's commitments get lost. Only the Foreman hears the audio, and it's deleted within 7 days. What we keep is one list, who said they'd do what by when, and only your table sees it. Anyone can say "off the record" and it stops. If your Work Order is up, you can take the whole thing off the record. Never used for content, marketing, or AI training. It isn't legally privileged, so go off the record before anything touching a lawsuit, taxes, or a partner fight.
No. It's owners telling you what they've lived and asking you the questions nobody else will. Nobody at the table is your CPA, your lawyer, your banker, or your financial advisor, even if that's their trade. For tax, legal, insurance, or money you're investing or raising, use your own licensed pro. The table will tell you who they use.
